La Microsoft circa 2 anni fa ha rilasciato un tema per Windows Media Center e Tablet PC chiamato Energy Blue o Royale, ma non l’ha reso disponibile per Windows Xp, in questo articolo vi spiegherò come installarlo sul vostro Windows Xp.
Per usare il tema Energy Blue su Windows Xp esistono due metodi, il primo consiste nel sistemare manualmente i file che compongono il tema per Windows Media Center nelle cartelle del nostro computer, mentre il secondo consiste semplicemente nell’eseguire una piccola applicazione che farà tutto in automatico.
Per installarlo manualmente scarichiamo dal sito della Microsoft il tema, andiamo in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes, copiamo qui il file royale.theme e creiamo le cartelle: royale, royaleshell, royaleshellhomestead, royaleshellmetallic, royaleshellnormalcolor, royaleshellroyale e royalewallpaper.
Nella cartella royale copiamo il file royale.msstyles, nella cartella royalewallpaper copiamo il file energybliss.jpg, e nelle restanti cartelle copiamo il file shellstyle.dll.
A questo punto possiamo usare il tema Energy Blue sul nostro computer ;).
